1. SERVICES OFFERED

Services may include:

• individual naturopathy and holistic health consultations, online or in person;
• well-being, prevention and personal development workshops;
• talks;
• workshops and talks for businesses, agencies and other organizations;
• other programs or activities presented on the site.

The content, duration and price may vary depending on the service chosen.

2. NATUROPATHY AND HEALTH

The naturopathy services offered are part of a complementary approach to well-being and holistic health.

They do not replace a medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, prescription or follow-up by a physician or another authorized health professional.

No medical diagnosis is made and no medical treatment is prescribed during a naturopathy consultation.

In the presence of significant, persistent or concerning symptoms, clients are invited to consult an appropriate health professional.

3. BOOKINGS

A booking is considered confirmed once the required information has been provided and, when a deposit is requested, once it has been paid.

After the booking request, the client may be contacted to confirm the date, time, format of the meeting and any other necessary information.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website or communicated to the client at the time of booking or quotation.

All payments are made in Canadian dollars (CAD).

When a deposit is requested to confirm a booking, it is applied to the total amount of the service.

For talks, private workshops or services for organizations, prices and payment terms may be specified in a quote or a separate agreement.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, appointment changes and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website.

Clients are invited to read it before confirming their booking.

6. NATUROPATHY RECEIPTS

Where applicable, a naturopathy receipt may be issued following a consultation.

Eligibility for reimbursement depends on the client’s insurer, contract and coverage. It is the client’s responsibility to check the terms of their insurance plan.

The issuance of a receipt does not guarantee its reimbursement by an insurance company.

7. TALKS AND WORKSHOPS

The content, duration, location, technical requirements, travel and other terms of a talk or workshop for an organization may be specified in a quote or an agreement with the client.

A booking may require the payment of a deposit to confirm the date.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content, presentations, documents, methods, exercises, guides and other resources provided or presented during consultations, talks and workshops are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

They are intended for personal use or for the use agreed upon with the client organization, and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, published or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal information collected in connection with a booking, a consultation or the use of the site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy — Law 25 of Quebec published on the website.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms and conditions may be updated to reflect changes in the services or applicable legal requirements.

The version published on the website at the time of booking is the one applicable to the transaction, subject to the rights provided by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit the rights that consumers have under applicable laws.
